John Chavis is a Great defence coach,but defence cant stay out all game and carry the offence game after game,they do get tired.I mean we ar talking about a coach that turned down a coaching job with Atl Falcons this year,,,,,,,,,,,get a damn offenceive coach that is not stuck in the stone ages,,step up to 21st century football guys,,,PLEASE.
