DT Jeffrey is surprise commitment to Vols
GVX picked up on this little gem of news for the Vols. That adds a badly needed DT. He is coming off of a knee injury sustained in early September, without which he might have been rated higher. (4 stars/ #19 at position by Scout; 3 stars/#55 at position by Rivals; grade of 76 and misspelled name by ESPN)
