Tennessee picked up a verbal commitment from San Francisco city Junior College Edwin Herbert. Tennessee needs Defensive Tackles and it looks like they got a good one . I hope we have more to come. Go Vols !!!! More News To Come, Old Smokey P.S. this is all the news I can pick up on Mr. Herbert right now but I will be turning over more rocks to find out all I can.
