Brandon Warren?
I was wondering if you were as confused as I am about why his eligibility is taking so long? Did Emanuelle Moody not leave USC and go to Florida and is eligible this year without having to sit out a single season? I was also thinking that Slive the SEC president is a Florida alumni, I wonder if this is playing any role in the decision? Kinda fishy a Florida player comes from another D-1 school and is eligible right out of the gate, but Brandon had to take a year of at a community college to just try and see if he gets to play. Just my opinion let me know what you think!

Hmm.
Not sure, and I haven’t researched this, so this is off the top of my head. But . . .
. . . I bet that Moody was released by USC. Florida State wouldn’t release Warren. Plus, Warren didn’t finish his first year of school at FSU, which means he was in breach of his LOI.
Now, he had a good excuse - his mother back in East Tennessee was seriously ill, but the powers that be need to review it. All because FSU made an issue out of it, and if I recall correctly, the reason they made an issue out of it is b/c there was some allegation that Warren steered Rae Sykes (they were teammates in HS - Alcoa?) to Tennessee while he was on a recruiting trip to FSU.
It’s high drama, but I don’t think Slive’s alma mater has anything to do with it.
Go Vols!
