As much as University of Alabama fans hate words, they hate numbers even more. Let's embrace their illiteracy with a good ol' fashion poll in preparation for the beat down the Tide is going to receive on Saturday. Go Vols!

I'm sorry, I don't think I understand the insult....

Considering the NAEP data for reading shows that, in 2007 (most recent data), Tennessee fourth graders received a reading score of 215.75. Alabama fourth graders received 216.39.

Now that we have textbooks, our kids are smarter than yours :-P. Note that you have to obtain 8th grader data for Tennessee’s score to be higher than Bama’s (we must not have had textbooks when the 8th graders started, I guess).

That data is skewed

Most Bama 4th graders don’t even make to 8th grade.
