CBSSports rates the best bowls, all the way from 1 to 34. Where does UT/VT show up? #23! Behind the likes of Idaho/BGSU (#6), Missouri/Navy (#16), Northwestern/Auburn (#18), ECU/Arkansas (#19), and CMU/Troy (#21). Obviously, there are many others rated ahead that I would disagree with, but these are particularly bad. Is there any reasonable rationale behind this?
