Barkevious summons. You respond.
The offseason is upon us, and for the next four months, we will take contests where ever we can find them, whether it's championship badminton or . . . Name of the Year. This year's final pits college football recruit Barkevious Mingo (who shunned Michigan for LSU) against poly-sci/Spanish major Iris Macadangdang.
Why do you care? Because it's become a bit of an SEC against the Baker's Ten competition, with our very own Orson Swindle of EDSBS.com throwing his support to Barkevious and friend-of-the-blog-but-enemy-in-this-contest Brian Cook of MGoBlog supporting Macadangdang. As much as I would like to see Africa fed with the remnants of Swindle's chest hair, um, ESS-EEE-SEC!
So . . . dear readers, go vote.
Bloggers of the SEC -- Team Speed Kills, Dawg Sports, For Whom the Cowbell Tolls, Roll 'Bama Roll, Garnet And Black Attack, Alligator Army, Red Cup Rebellion, Track Em Tigers, And The Valley Shook, and A Sea Of Blue -- Go vote and FanShot this post directing your readers to vote, vote, vote for Barkevious! SEC Pride is on the line.

In the end, we're all a family.
We may get into some ugly fights among ourselves, but nobody from the outside goes after one of our own.

LSU? So what
I could care less about Barky Mingo, I’m voting for the girl.

not only Michigan
Oh, and another thing… not only did he shun Michigan, but he also shunned Tennessee and Alabama. Barky is dead to me.
