"This offseason the commissioner made a big deal of renewing vows in terms of what we say about other teams and other players" Kiffin said. "Obviously Urban feels he doesn't need to follow that. We won't say anything else."
Kiffin did, however, take a subtle jab at Meyer later in the press gathering.
When asked if the Vols were worried about a flu bug after Meyer's postgame revelation that several Florida players were sick, Kiffin said, "We'll wait and see, and after we're not excited about our performance we'll tell you that everybody was sick."

Just watched the video of those comments...
He completely deadpanned that flu remark and just kept going. Also, that remark about the commissioner is a stronger statement than it looks in print. Kiffin went on to say that he wouldn’t ever criticize or say another team or coach wasn’t playing to win.
Meyer is just a whiny punk. And the UF Lizard people call CLK Kiffykins. Pffft. They need to look closer to home…

Just think of what the world missed
because Spurrier decided to go to Washington. Imagine if both mouths were in operation.

Yeah, too bad Spurrier's not in the SEC anymore...
Wait – what?

From a Bruce Fieldman article:
One final note on UT-UF: Kiffin doesn’t have the talent UF has, but he does have one player who would start for every team in the country: safety Eric Berry, who was his own brilliant self against Florida. Berry did everything from making a diving interception to tracking down one of the Gators’ speedy scatbacks from across the field to another play in which he took on a blocker AND tackled the option man. He moved up on my Heisman ballot, and I get that offensive players are more involved on more plays. But none of these QBs and RBs are better than the next-best guys at their positions by as much of a gap as Berry is at his.

That tackle was amazing.
It was like he was bored while the guy was blocking him. Almost like he was just leaning on the guy taking a breather, and then decided to sidestep by and make a textbook tackle. One of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen him do (and that is obviously saying A LOT).

Clip?
I saw the whole game (I thought). But I am not sure if I know what tackle you all are speaking of.

Have never seen such a poor, crying winner
Jesus, Urban!
It is obvious he wanted to be able to run up the score on the Vols. This was so personal to him. After the game was over, he was looking for Tracy (Mole) Wolfson and was most likely surprised to see her on the opposite side of the field, interviewing the losing team’s coach.
Now, to make himself further look like a petulant baby, he starts in with the refrain of “they obviously weren’t trying to win the game”.
Man, is Urban Meyer a class act or what?
Ball, oskie, cover, block, cut and slice, pursue and gang tackle... for this is the WINNING EDGE.

Is this guy great, or what!

How is this "Kiffin taking another shot at Meyer"
when Meyer is the one bad-mouthing the Vols? Just because Kiffin doesn’t bow at the altar of Holy Oscar Meyer the national media attempts to spin this as a “shot”?
Sorry, been hitting the Macallan a little tonight and it’s got my Irish blood heated up a bit.

I think it's a shot
But it’s really funny, and I freaking love it.

It's more than a couple of shots but they are retorts
So much for Urbie never saying anything directly to Kiffin or to initiating an exchange. Florida fans can take that one off the list of defenses….
