In that you’ve got a clear gap between Utah/TCU/BYU and everyone else, much the same as the SEC had with Tennessee/Florida and everyone else when Tee was here. I hope he’s not suggesting that the current MWC elite are on even ground with the mid-to-late 90s SEC elite, because they’re not…but the structure is similar. And you’ve also got teams out there like Air Force and Colorado State that are tradtionally accustomed to success and could build from that base.
