My favorite play from the WKU game
No, it wasn't Hardesty's run, or Brown's hit after the interception, or that sweet TD pass to Hancock.
It was this:
When the play broke down, he took off running.
Did he try to truck a defender and embarrass himself in the process while also risking injury?
No. He did what he should do each and every time. He got his rear end on the ground.
He has finally learned that he is not Tim Tebow, nor will he ever be.
This play evidences the fact that Crompton has grown as a quarterback.
As if we didn't already know this by the 5 TDs he threw.
Timmy Tebow has never thrown 5 TDs. Heh.

On the subject of Crompton
Second favorite: relaxed pickup of fumbled snap near goal line.

Third favorite: Bryce Brown popping the interceptor and causing a fumble
Reminded me of EB or Rico or the linebacker-kicker :)
What I enjoyed most about it....
he wasn’t afraid to put his helmet in the defender’s chest. That’s good execution and good coaching.
Crompton looked great
I was so happy for the kid, no one deserved it more than him. Tebow has never thrown 5 tds? Well, I guess crompton is just an all-around better quarterback…
Agreed.
Security Issues.
I got punk'd by UT's Athletic Department.
