PEYTON MANNING FOR HEAD COACH
What about Peyton? He could coach football in his sleep. He is all Vol always on the sidelines. One of the greatest players to ever play the game. He might just be the spark we need right now. One things for sure he won't leave us high and dry shipping off to easier pastures. NFL coaches say he is already better than some coaches and he's still on the field. PEYTON,PEYTON,PEYTON!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't know Payton played for the Vols
At any rate, I don’t see the Saints letting him go.

You sure don’t know much about football. Peyton was QB for the “BIG ORANGE” for 4 years and was drafted by the Indianapolis Coltsd. How did you figure he was with the Saints. You’d beter get acquanitred with football all over again-NCAA and NFL.
Peyton will play for the Colts at least 4 more years and will be a first ballot in the NFL HOF. Once Peyton retires whoever is coach at UT will want his as either QB coach ort WR coach. Peyton would stay in Ktwon as long as he can./ That depends on the fans, the UT AD and lots of other things. GO VOLS & GO COLTS! I’m a BIG fan of botrh teams!

Uhh, dude
Read my post. I was well aware that PEYTON played for the Vols. Just not Payton. On second thought, he edited the original post to fix the spelling error, so I understand the confusion. Anyways, I was making fun of the OP not being able to spell the name of our all-time great. See the Erik Berry section of the thread for a continuation.

I'm not Manning...
I’m a cop, you idiot! (anyone?) In all seriousness, doesn’t PEYTON have better things on his plate right now…like winning another Super Bowl and becoming the greatest QB ever to play the game? I’m sure there will be another time for St. Peyton to coach for us.
So Sayth King Zach I
to think that he would do anythng but try and solidify his legend in the NFL right now is absurd
now if someone will just break the int-season record for him.

Peyton for coach
Before the best QB to ever be on a football field leaves the NFL, he’ll have two Super Bowl rings 5 MVP’s-. Yes, Peyton will win another before he retires. It may be a few years at least 4-5 before he’s even considered for a coaching spot at his alma mater. He could even lead the band playing “Rocky Top” again. GO VOLS! I’m A BIG FAN OF THE BIG ORANGE!
