Dooley Misstep?

Ok I'm not sure where I fall on this.
but apparently Coach Dooley has told Eric Berry he can not watch the team Practice.
Reported by HardKnoxSports and apparently aired
On one hand someone who is not an official NFL player yet could influence other players to leave. On the other hand he could influence players to stay, do their best, and achieve his level of success.
It's a double edged sword.
But I'll have my answer if AnimalHeather gets her question answered heh
