It's a matchup we're well familiar with: Ole Miss will live and die by the perimeter, and UT will seek to keep the game in the interior. Watch Mississippi's shooting percentage and Shekinna Stricklen's foul situation to get a first-guess feel for the end game.

I won't be in for this one
given 2 1-hour tests starting at 12. But I’ll be rootin’ for our Lady Vols and hoping for plenty for Bjorkbombs!

2 minutes in, and a really strong start by UT.
An early 10-3 lead with blocks, steals, and a forced timeout already.
Timeout Ole Miss at 11:10 to go in the first.
It’s 22-15 UT right now. They weathered a cold stread that brought it to 17-15 and got 5 quick points. The big thing to watch at the moment is Alicia’s hand. She’s been terrific so far today, but just jammed her finger trying for a rebound. She was shaking it off for quite some time.
And right out of the timeout, Ole Miss blows their set play with a shotclock violation.
Awesome defense by UT. The Rebs tried to spread the floor out to open passing space, but the Ladies used their size to keep the ball well beyond the arc until it was too late.

Do you have some place with live stats for the game? For some reason ESPN doesn’t have a gamecast for the game, and I don’t have access to audio or video — got done with first test early & headed to the library.

Seem to have a horrible job keeping track of the score. Best I have is 19-15.. If ya’ll could keep updates here on the action, it’d be greatly appreciated.

I’ve always liked this strategy. If you have an early lead, go for those forced fouls and put the other team into a more tentative position.

Still 27-15 and UT gets the ball off the alternating possession after a forced jump ball at midcourt. (That’s the second forced jump at midcourt today.)
Aside: I just found out that my wireless mouse is completely effective from at least 20 feet away.
I ran out of space from there. It’s one of those with a nano receiver, so I’m thinking there are a lot of good pranks I can do with this. Plug that nano into somebody else’s computer, and…

This was a TV timeout, but they travel right off the inbound. They’ve turned the ball over a lot after timeouts.

The Gwinnett Arena is a strange place to have this tournament imo. Would be like have TBA downtown, but having the tourney in an arena around Turkey Creek or something. A Turkey Creek that’s 20 years past it’s prime and mainly furniture outlets now that is…..

Still no luck finding a boxscore.
Yet ESPN has one for Mich-Mich state. You’d think they’d have one for Tennessee, given their popularity, even if they are showing it on 360.

Has she been this all year and I’ve just missed it or has she turned it on lately? She’s got something like 14 points and 14 boards today, that’s one hell of a stat line. I believe the ladies came to play today!
