According to Anchor of Gold, Vanderbilt will soon announce that it has hired Herb Hand to fill its coaching vacancy as offensive line coach. For those of you who don't know, Herb Hand was one-half of the offensive coordinating staff at Tulsa that coached the Golden Hurricane to lead the nation in total yards on offense in 2007 and 2008. The other offensive coordinator? Gus Malzahn.
