Pictures of Neyland Stadium: Almost Complete
Our slideshow of the construction of Neyland Stadium has just been updated! The renovations are 99%ish complete, with only some final details remaining. The slideshow is after the jump to help avoid lag issues with some computers.
Some quick features:
- More pictures of the General. You'd almost think he's important or something.
- Lots of new trim. Hope you like Power T's.
- It's NEYLAND STADIUM. Just in case you didn't know.
- Gate 21 is G A T E 2 1. Also in case you didn't know.
- The old bus stop is now one sweet pavilion. Over/under on the number of days after its official opening before skateboarders thrash it: 1.
The images are appended to the old slideshow, so you'll eventually run into the old pictures if you let the show go long enough.

And now I miss Tennessee even more! Thanks for the pics!

That is sweet
Imagining orange fireworks in the distance.

thanks for the pics
gate 21 looks awesome. Although I’m still trying to figure out exactly what that column structure in the gate 21 amphitheater area is going to be. My hope: some sort to power T bat signal…
Neyland Stadium-It goes to eleven.
I think that's where the Neyland statue will eventually go.
It’s hard to tell in pictures, but the square footage of the pedestal at the top of that thing is a good size for a twice-life-size statue.

Fantastic!!!
I love the remodel pics. Looks like it has some of the great hall aspects of the New Yankee stadium in New York. I can not wait for BAMA week to enjoy the new digs at Neyland. GO BIG ORANGE!!!!
