Around SBN: Ohio State And Florida Target 2013 Receiver Recruits

Apart from that, this GVX article is pretty sparse on the info. Will add another link in the comments if I find something more informative.

For the record, Williams is only slightly undersized for a DT, he's paired with a really big guy (like for real nose tackle), and he's much more talented than the other options. I support this move.

From Rucker's tweets

Gordon/Teague are co-starters at the second CB position, as are Frazier/Lathers at WLB. The usual suspects start elsewhere on defense.

First backup at NT is Jeffrey, backups at DT are Thomas and Fowlkes. Bowens and Sykes are nowhere to be found.

Hunter is listed as 2nd string WR, despite not being cleared yet.

Dooley:

We have 5-6 DEs that we can put in the game and be comfortable, but only a couple consistent tackles.

Will Gerald be a better tackle than end? No. But he’ll be better than our other tackles. He’ll switch back and forth from tackle to end, as will Corey Miller. DT will be a bit of a committee.

Also, Gerald will play situationally

The depth chart reflects who’s playing the best. But if the opponent is in a heavy formation, we’ll have someone else at DT.

Also gives Wilcox a ton of flexibility on blitz formations, line stunts.

The COEXIST bumper sticker is ridiculous. How are people supposed to get along when one side is flying planes into tall buildings or wearing sweater vests full of C4 and nails? The faiths are MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE.

Dooley:

The offensive line, on the other hand, will not be by committees. Committees slow things down. And we have five guys that are playing well together on the O-line, so we want them together as much as possible, although we will rotate some young guys in there.

Dooley:

I’ve never had a true freshman start his first game on the O-line, but I’m as comfortable with JuWan as you can be with a true freshman. But we treat him like a junior. And Schofield is a redshirt freshman, so he’s like a junior.

I feel comfortable with the O-line regarding size, toughness, talent, cohesion, and everything except experience. Experience we’ll start fixing Saturday.

I know I’ve kinda used this for live blogging Dooley’s interview, but a lot of this is relevant to the depth chart.

Schofield's like a senior*

Sorry, messed that up. And Dallas Thomas is a sophomore, so he’s the old man. JuWan had severe anxiety during the mock game, but he plays like a veteran. Just have to be worried about nerves/inexperience.

Dooley:

Teague plays better with a deeper field, Gordon is more physical, riskier. They bring different things at corner and will play situationally. Evans, Gordon, and Teague are all good enough to start at corner.

Thanks for these updates,

is it Saturday yet?

Bring it across, shape it down

Okay, this link is now up to par

Also of interest, imo:

*Da’Rick Rogers is not on the two-deep. That puts him behind Jones, Moore, Z. Rogers, and Hunter.

*Corey Miller is #2 at left end, although he might really be #3 when Gerald Williams is rotating over to end. Bohannon is #2 and Smith is #3 at right end.

*Vereen is #2 at SLB; King is too behind because of injuries.

*Palardy is #2 at punter, kicker, and kickoff specialist.

*Jones is our punt returner, Oku and Moore on kickoffs.

If only he were tight end, then we could have an Immaculate Reception....
