I have no idea what to say. I’ve learned to wait to see what the actual Complaint (capital “C”) is before concluding that there’s no cause of action (you’d be amazed what some lawyers can do with nothing), but I can’t for the life of me think of anything. Defamation, maybe? “They said X and it wasn’t true and it hurt my reputation.” I don’t know. I guess I’ll wait to see, but it sure has the earmarks of Hooper’s comment below. Well, that and the fact that they’ve been out of the limelight for several weeks in a row now.

It's getting more interestng
As Richard “Juicy” Locke apparently is saying the Browns are being “”http://twitter.com/MarkNagi/status/23267494936" >ridiculous"
Oh the Irony!

Could be
But whens the last time you saw a bunch of Tide fans root for Tennessee?
For this I say: Thank you Bryce Brown and Family. Hell has frozen over.

Josh Ward and Wes Rucker each reported it half an hour ago...
… so when should we expect the News Sentinel to finally report it? 8 o’clock tonight or so?
Lou Brock loves Lamp.
Shamelessly Stolen
But still funny.
“Your Honor, we seek financial damages in the amount of $280,000.00.
That’s the amount Bryce Brown would have received had he been granted his release early enough to transfer to the University of Southern California”

Here is the audio of the Sports Animal interview with Bryce's Father.
Bring it across, shape it down
That interview fills in a lot of information for me.
And for that, I will now stay out of the conversation. This is one I don’t think I want to get close to.
Just My $.02 And All...
What I don’t understand is the threats made over the phone allegedly to the Browns over this time period. Life and death? Where are the police reports? Surely, something of this magnitude would have been reported by the Browns at some point.
That along with the supposed ‘meeting’ that Dooley told Bryce to never mention. What purpose could a meeting like that serve?
These irregularities throw an interesting shadow on the whole situation. And then again, a transfer waiver doesn’t have to be accepted. That’s why it’s a waiver. For all we know, Mike Hamilton flips a coin twice a day and that determines the outcome of all the transfer waivers that day. Actually, that would be a pretty easy way of doing that…
I plan on living forever. So far, so good.
*whistles*
Just listening to him I am torn
Part of me says the father sounds, well, possessive.
The other part of me says that no matter how this breaks down it will come out ugly.
Maybe its a case of a father not wanting to let go of his sons? Maybe its a case of communication breakdown? Theres too many intangibles
I’m with Hooper having heard this now: Best to stay far far away from it
