Morning gents and ladies.
Gorgeous day to go kick some Bayou Bengal…er ,wait.
Somehow I feel like the Vols will manage to be there with a chance at the end, Les being Les and all…. ;- )

Bleh, on the verge of a cold here
I guess I’ll have to lay on the couch all day and watch football. Poor me…
Tennessee fans roll their eyes when I talk about Vandy, Vandy fans become ill when I talk about Tennessee.
I'd trade you
I’ll get to watch only snatches of football all day as the wife has me committed to all sorts of things today…Cousins’ wedding shower today, social/biz mixer tonight. And before the shower I am cleaning gutters because it is how I am avoiding shopping for the gift. So, I’ll get about an hour, while changing, to see some of the Alabama/Ole Miss game, and that’s about it.
I’d rather be semi-sick in bed.

Sconnies don't do early Saturdays.
Too soon after Friday nights.

It'd be a lot easier if they were just called alternates.
You can have alternates that are throwbacks, after all.

There are days I'm glad Tennessee is not a Nike school.
Usually, I’m happy with that on Sunday through Friday as well.

Wish we hadn't dropped Nike...
Adidas just doesn’t have the same clout… and we can always reject the clown suits they design.
Not convinced Nike could do worse...

But then I wouldn’t want to see them accept that challenge.
I'm the smartest raccoon I know.
That was actually a local company...
We had those made the week before the game to try and keep them a secret.
I know...
But that is what I mean…Tennessee came up with those on their own and thought they were acceptable.
I think the real problem comes down to your particular shade of orange. The mock-ups this site had a while back weren’t bad; and the orange was pretty limited.

They're Beautiful.

Is that what's going on?
I don’t recognize a lot of announcers by voices. Yeah, that screaming into the mike has to go.

A&M now leads 31-14.
Looking good so far. 5 minutes into the 3rd and they haven’t collapsed yet. Progress!
Aaaaand there's the collapse.
50-yard kickoff return. Two plays later, a wide open TD pass. Really wide open. 31-20 pending XP.

The plot keeps thickening

Still not all that hot at halftime adjustments.
But I’ll move to the game thread now.

Wisconsin is playing some shameful football...
Starters are still in against an obviously overmatched opponent late.
I mean...83-20
I feel like that tells us all we need to know about them. Karma has a way of paying these things back.
