3* JuCo corner Otis Jacobs has decommitted from Texas A&M (in the wake of the coaching change) and committed to Tennessee. He's 6'1, 180, and Scout claims that he's good in coverage, quick, and has flexible hips (yes, this does sound creepy) despite lacking some top end speed. Also, he's an Early Enrollee.
