Idea: National Blogger Appreciation Day

Yo, I just had an idea.  I come to rockytoptalk.com every day, and I check out 3sib.com (Brad Shepard) quite often as well.  I get a lot of value out of both of these sites, and I think it's too bad that the writers (I assume) get paid next to nothing for all the content they produce.  These guys  really produce some niche stuff that I love, but that probably appeals to a small but passionate swarth of fans.  So, the idea is, we have a national appreciation day for these bloggers that fill our insatiable appetite for information about our teams (not just the Vols... this would apply to all teams).  It would be a day of the year where we just make a little donation to them, just pay what we can or what we think it's worth, maybe through a little donation button which is somehow centralized and the money flows to the intended blog without any effort on behalf of the blogger except to sign up for it and be able to accept paypal or something.  This is just an idea that I have... btw I'm a marketing student.  If anyone wants to work on this and take it farther, please contact me through the site, or take it on yerself.  But I'd be happy to be involved.  Or, if you think it's a good idea, just leave a comment... let's get a conversation going :) GO VOLS!!!
