The Worlds Best Fathers Day Gift
Hey RTT, got a question for you guys. Me and my family are planning a trip back to Tenn for my dad. He grew up in the Knoxville area, now lives in CA. One of his dreams has always been to bring us back, and all go to a game. Soon his dream may become a reality. My question for ya'll is, do you know when single game tix will be available for the public? I know that season's are out, I've been looking around, but they all look kind of steep. any help would be great, thanks (ed. note, we are planning on going to the Georgia game)

Afraid I’m not much help. UTtix.com, I believe, is the main site with the pertinent information, but it won’t tell you much about the secondary market. Will’s your guy, there, I think, but he’s off to lands unknown for the next couple weeks or so.
Anyone else?

Most of my Experience
Has been via Coast to Coast tickets.
I have bought tickets mere days before a game for around $30 bucks. Granted those seats require oxygen, bino’s, and possible helicopter insertion, however it was still a live game dang it!
Best seats I’ve wrangled was about 5 rows beneath the new box seats during the UT vs GA game 2 years ago. I paid about $50 I believe for them.
Otherwise UT Tix is the way to go.
Personally I’m trying to get tickets for the Tenneessee vs Arkansas game as well as the Arkansas MSU game. I won’t be able to make it to Knoxville this year but there is NO excuse for me missing agame being played in my backyard :)
