Chris Low Pens Positive Article about UT Football

First. Time. Ever. Let the record reflect that I have no beef with Mr. Low. I honestly think that, because he lives in Knoxville, he goes out of his way to avoid the sppearance of hometown influence on his perspective vis a vis the Vols. And in so doing, I think his perspective gets tilted -- a touch -- in the other direction. But I thought this to be a good read.
