Arrest made in death of Former Vol

The Fernandina Beach (Fla.) Police Department has announced the arrest of an individual in connection with the death of Aaron Douglas during a late night open house party in May.

Perhaps now his family will be given some closure and some peace.

…but it may ignite anyway.

I don’t see how this arrest gives the family any closure or peace. What new information have they learned? Acquiring the drugs is a pre-requisite for dying of an overdose of the same.

I also don’t think Rodney Odum should be charged with manslaughter. And if he can afford a decent lawyer, he’ll get off.

I see where your going and I agree largely for what its worth.

But as churlish as it may sound, sometimes folks just need someone to place the anger with y’know? Even if it is for wholly selfish reasons

I agree with all of this but the last point. Not only does it fit the criteria, but you have someone that young and that outwardly healthy and all the emotion that will fill this case. I would be looking for a plea deal if I were him. This is assuming they have him cold selling it.
