Vols get HUUUUUUGE (literally) JuCo recruit
340 lb JuCo DT Daniel McCullers chooses Tennessee over Alabama and the Mississippi schools. A space-eating nose guard who can clog up the middle--exactly what's needed for Sunseri's 3-4 scheme.

Very interesting.
Do you think Sunseri will take some of our undersized D linemen and repurpose them as ILBs?
assuming Santos can step in immediately, here's what I think we're looking at:
DT: McCullers
DE: Sentimore, Couch (Walls, Miller primary backups)
OLB: Maggitt, Lathers (Jacques Smith primary backup)
ILB: AJ Johnson, Santos (Harris primary backup)
Can’t think of anyone off the top of my head who’s suited to be turned into an ILB. Smith and Bohannon are small enough that they’ll go straight to OLB. But I could easily be forgetting someone
If I cared more about my UNC side, I'd call myself "Tar Volon," and that'd be awesome.

Williams will probably be a OLB in this system
Will be interesting to see if Lathers can come all the way back, if not Smith will probably take one of the OLB spots. Hopefully Lathers can make it but he’s a bit small for the 3-4. He’s more the big safety turned to 4-3 OLB that Chavis likes to develop.
I see Carson as the back-up DT. Saulsberry is also a candidate for DE. We’ll have a surplus of jumbo type DEs, a bit light for legitimate NTs and a bit light at properly sized ILBs. I think we have plenty of OLB depth assuming the former DEs can make the transition.
Williams? I'm blanking out. . .
And this seems to sum it up well:

never mind
just remembered Jordan.
Trent Taylor looks like he’d stick at DE, but LaTroy Lewis seems like a linebacker candidate

If Santos turns into a good player, that's a pretty nasty front 7.
"Do the Titans have a miracle left in them in what has been a magical season to this point? If they do, they need it now. Christie kicks it high and short. Gonna be fielded by Lorenzo Neal at the 25; he dishes it back to Wycheck; he throws it across the field to Dyson. 30, 40, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 5, endzone...touchdown, Titans! There are no flags on the field! It's a miracle! Tennessee has pulled a miracle! A miracle for the Titans!"

So, does he have 3 to play 2?
