LSU Starting Point Guard Destini Hughes out for the year - Swish Appeal
For those who follow the Lady Vols and saw Hughes's injury on Thursday, the news is as bad as the air cast and wheelchair made it appear. Basically, the knee was completely shredded.

That's not good
I haven’t seen the replay, but from what I remember it seemed like just a fluke play?
It's Great! To be! A Tennessee Vol!
Yup.
If you want to see the replay, fast forward to the final 5 second of the first half. Here’s the direct ESPN3 link (new window).
One foot landing while trying to pivot toward the basket, and Bass trips over her pivot heel, torquing it against the turn. All possible forces on the knee at one time.

Serious bummer for Nikki and Destiny
