He has been a graduate assistant working with DBs for the last two years at Alabama. Brad's contacts down there say that the players LOVED him and that folks in the program believe he'll be a dynamic recruiter. UCF hired him as defensive backs coach in December of 2011, but he obviously never coached a game there before jumping to Tennessee. It is not clear as of yet exactly how he'll share coaching duties with Terry Joseph, but a safety/CB split is rumored. At any rate, Joseph is primarily a recruiter.
