Tennessee in the first ESPN Thurday Night Game

It's a little known fact that UT participated in the first game of the now regular series of ESPN's Thursday Night Games. Despite being uranked coming into this one, Louisville was getting a lot of hype after finishing 1990 ranked #14 with a 34-7 upset of Alabama in the Fiesta Bowl and this was a highly anticipated game.
