Playoff Selection Committee will choose matchups for "Big 6" bowls as well

With six bowl sites in the mix for the semifinal games, the selection committee will now also select the matchups for the four games that don't rotate into the semifinals in a given year. While the Rose and the SEC/Big 12 Champions Bowl will still take care of themselves, this should allow for a more fair selection process with the committee essentially seeding the Top 12 teams every year - four to the playoffs, the other eight in major bowls. This is good...I think.
