Dave Serrano's young Vols have turned some heads in their 4-0 star, but now they face their toughest test yet against a 4-0 UNLV team coming off of a 37 win season. After 5 hitless innings last Friday against Purdue in relief of freshman Hunter Martin(who exited early due to shoulder stiffness), senior Nick Williams is handed the ball for the Friday night start. While UNLV hands the ball over to their ace and twelfth best pitching prospect in college Baseball Erick Fedde. Fedde coming off a strong summer in the Cape Cod League will be a real challenge for a Vols offense that looks to have taken a big step forward in their opening weekend series against Purdue. Lineups will be added as they are released, but for the Vols they will for sure be lead by offensively by Scott Price, Aj Simcox, Vincent Jackson, and Christin Stewart. While UNLV will be led by Joey Armstrong, Morgan Stotts, Tj White, and Edgar Montes. The Vols will have to pay special attention to Tj White who has stolen 5 bases in the first four games.
