Thoughts on the movement:
Florida State justification -- woo! New coaches, bad taste, endorsed by Seaman!
I moved Texas down based primarily on Corn Nation's critique and partially on them following the Tennessee Guide to Implosion Following a National Championship Season.
None of the negativity on Tennessee moves me or my team. Running back should be fine, Fulmer is actually quite smart, and the defensive line has been watching video of Tony Hunt all summer. That's not to say that they're good -- just that they're ranked about right at this stage. They moved up at RTT this week by virtue of . . .
. . . Florida moving down. It's one thing for Ohio State to lose most of their defense and still have a good team. It's another thing for Florida to do it in a defensive conference.
And yes, 13-19 is an absolute mess. It's basically an admission that I've no idea about the SEC East. The victor or two from that pack will climb significantly, a couple will stay around there, and the losers will fall.
But enough about the pre-season. It's almost time for actual football!
