That was a real concern . . . but he made it back to the plane. They did a CT and an X-ray at the hospital last night, and he has a concussion, quite likely, but there's no damage to his spine or anything, which was the original concern. We're very thankful for that.

Glad he's okay!!
I was sitting right in the corner of the Cal endzone and saw that hit--Xavier fell pretty hard. I'm really glad he's all right. I have to say, as a long-time Cal fan, the Tennessee folks had to be some of the nicest folks that have come to Berkeley in a long time. I hope we can play again soon, the folks that flew out were great football fans.
