In the latest AP and USA Today polls, Tennessee is No. 15 and No. 19 respectively. College Football News has the Vols at No. 10. The AP Poll had a bit of a hiccup this week when The Charlotte Observer's Ken Tysiac realized on Monday that he had accidentally sent the prior week's ballot to the AP on Sunday. The AP apparently has a policy of generally not allowing corrections to ballots, but since this one was so obviously just a mistake and not a reconsideration, they recalculated the poll to maintain its integrity. Only Nos. 20, 21, and 22 (Boston College, California, and Arizona State) were affected.
