Tweaked a bit based on excellent feedback. On the "problem" with the different strength of schedules based on teams playing different numbers of games, I'm leaning toward declaring it an accurate assessment of what the teams have accomplished to date, but I did make a few tweaks toward the top based on "intuition" that is probably disguised as that very situation.
