Ok, so after the Waiting for Colley moment, a revision to the weights, and some human feedback, here is the blogpoll ballot for Rocky Top Talk for week 5:

Last week's ballot |
Dropped Out: UCLA (#14), Houston (#20), North Carolina State (#22), Georgia Tech (#24).
For those keeping count, the total delta is 118. That includes the movement of Wisconsin, Stanford, West Virginia, and Oregon in to the top 25 - something that is not reflected in the table above. Without human intervention, the delta would have been 123. Compared to the 250 the previous week and the 302 the week before that, the computer appears to be settling down into midseason form. The ballot game of the week will be Arizona - Washington: the computer loves Arizona, and this will either affirm the suspicion or remove them entirely.
