In the first meeting, Tennessee eked out a 66-64 win over the Gators in Gainesville. Florida is a relatively low-scoring team, getting only 62 ppg on the season so far. They have the odd distinction of having zero players averaging ten or more points a game, but they do distribute the ball well. As always, the Lady Vols have the height advantage, and Florida is not likely able to challenge Tennessee in the interior. Florida does take a lot of three-point attempts, with nearly 40% of their shots coming from beyond the arc.
