Rocky Top Talk 2014 Picks Contest

If you participated in our picks contest last year, you should have received an email this afternoon inviting you back to the pool again.  If not, or if you're new, welcome!  The Rocky Top Talk 2014 Picks Contest is now open - you can sign up for free here then join the "Rocky Top Talk 2014" group.

For the uninitiated, our system runs on confidence points:  you pick the winner of each week's 20 matchups straight up, then assign a confidence value 1-20 based on each pick.  We'll update the standings every week.

As the 2014 season kicks off on Wednesday night, note that we've included the Wednesday night Georgia State/Abilene Christian game this week for your viewing pleasure.  Picks lock just before the first game each week on Saturday, so even if you miss the midweek games you can still get your picks in for the main event.  And once again this year if you forget to send in your picks, instead of taking 0 points for the week you'll get one less point than the worst picker of the week, so everyone stays alive.  Any questions about the process, leave us a note in the comments - we'll continue to post the community pick 'em trends every Thursday before the action begins.
