This is probably the least exciting play in our countdown, give or take your feelings on punting.  But I thought it was one of the year's most important:  3rd and 4 inside the Missouri 10 with 23 seconds to play in the first half, leading 9-0 but staring down the barrel of yet another field goal, which would have given Mizzou some hope going into halftime.  Scoring a touchdown didn't make the lead an additional possession, but the mental edge it gave Tennessee was critical as the Vols looked to shut down Missouri on an emotional night in Columbia:

As we'll see a couple of other times in our countdown, Dobbs can pinball with the best of them.  He absorbs contact from bigger defenders without much distress, and just makes it look easy here slipping through four different Mizzou players before finding his way to the end zone.  This was a great run defense on a very difficult night, and this score by Dobbs put Tennessee firmly in the driver's seat.
