Tennessee took several hits on the field against the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday. Now, they’re about to take another one. Key reserve Venzell Boulware announce his intent to leave the program this morning.

Boulware started at guard against UMass, but didn’t play against Georgia. He played in seven games last season. The Tennessee offensive line is hardly set in stone, but Boulware was passed over for playing time on Saturday. Tennessee chose to start Brett Kendrick at left guard over both Boulware and Jack Jones.
Just two days later, Boulware has left the team. Tennessee now has a bye week to figure out the starting five up front. They’ll need to find answers before South Carolina comes to town.
