Tennessee Recruiting: Jatavious Harris “Opens things back up”

One of the most vocal 2018 Tennessee commits announce that he is “open to all schools” on Twitter today. Jatavious Harris was thought of as a key cog in landing Jaycee Horn, among others during the summer period.

The 6-3, 184 pound receiver is considered to be a three star prospect by 247 Sports. He told GoVols247 that he’s still committed to Tennessee, but he’s “just opening things back up.”

This comes in the wake of Tennessee’s historical 41-0 loss to Georgia at home. Suddenly, the program seems unstable. Harris remains committed, but he’s keeping his options open. And how can you blame him?

Unfortunately, this comes with the territory as change sits on the horizon. Nothing has been decided yet, but if things get worse, you’ll see a lot more of this.
