As reported by Volquest.com, Quinten Dormady visited Chicago on Wednesday and Thursday to get his right shoulder checked out. There was some doubt about Dormady’s availability against Alabama, but Volquest is now reporting that he will be able to travel with the team.
Dormady started the first five games of the season before giving way to redshirt freshman Jarrett Guarantano against South Carolina. Dormady, a junior, threw for 925 yards with six touchdowns and six interceptions on the year.
Dormady is expected to be available against Alabama. If something were to change, Tennessee has freshman Will McBride third on the depth chart. He’s currently being redshirted, however.
Add that to the list of many things to monitor on Saturday in Tuscaloosa.
