The 4-7 Tennessee Volunteers will take on the 4-7 Vanderbilt Commodores in Neyland Stadium this Saturday to mercifully bring this season to an end. Both teams have gone down the drain in the second half of the season, so I was pretty interested to see this line debut.
Vegas thinks like I do — it’s a dead heat. Tennessee gets the slight advantage because the game will be played in Knoxville.

Bama -4 at Auburn
Miss. St. -14 vs. Ole Miss
Missouri -13 at Arkansas
Tennessee -1 vs. Vandy
Louisville -9.5 at Kentucky
Georgia -11.5 at Georgia Tech
Tennessee-Vanderbilt being basically a pick ‘em is too perfect. I’m not sure who I’d take here. I guess it depends on how many healthy bodies the Vols will have available.
As I wrote last night, Tennessee still has something to play for, but that’s nothing more than simply trying to not become statistically the worst Tennessee team of all time.
We’ll see how this one plays out. Hopefully Tennessee can end things on a high note.
