Allen is the second ranked weak side defensive end prospect in the JUCO ranks. He comes from the City College of San Francisco. Allen visited Knoxville last weekend.
The Vols didn’t do much in terms of rushing the passer during the 2017 season as they attempted to replace Derek Barnett. With Jeremy Pruitt in town, Tennessee is likely going to move to more of a 3-4 base look. Allen fits the bill of an edge rusher that could step in a help right off the bat.
