It appears that Tennessee has bounced back just a week after cornerback Jaylon Reed decommitted. Tennessee picked up a commitment from cornerback Brandon Cross tonight, bringing their total back up to 12.

Cross — a three star prospect out of Orlando — received an offer from Tennessee just last month. He had 14 reported offers on the table, two of which from other SEC schools in Missouri and Mississippi State.
Last week we speculated that Cross might be a replacement target for Tennessee. Tonight, the 5-10, 185 pound cornerback proved us right.
