Former Tennessee great Peyton Manning is in Knoxville today. Of course he had to stop by the quarterback room and pay a visit. Tennessee tweeted this picture out from their official account.

Vols QB coach Mike Canales tweeted out this picture of Peyton along with Butch Jones and all of the quarterbacks. It’s pretty cool to see how much Peyton cares about the program.

Having probably still the most recognizable figure in all of football in Peyton Manning is such an asset to Butch Jones and Tennessee as a whole. There isn’t a better ambassador of the program out there.
Maybe Butch can keep Peyton in town for this weekend’s Orange Carpet recruiting event. I can’t think of a better way to convince high school kids to come to Knoxville than staring Peyton Manning right in the face and chatting with him.
