Probably the biggest target left for Tennessee is Greg Emerson. The best player left uncommitted in the state is taking part in The Opening Finals this week in Oregon, but went down with an apparent injury during drills. He was slung to the ground and carted off the field, per reports.
Prayers up for Greg Emerson. I'm no doctor, but that looks like a serious lower leg or ankle injury. Freak injury for a great competitor. :(

Then there’s this from Danny Parker, who says the injury was an ankle dislocation.
Scary moment here at @TheOpening. Jackson's Greg Emerson is down, being attended to aft left ankle dislocation@brant_lawless @dandrelitaker pic.twitter.com/QT6y5pKkh5

We won’t speculate about the severity of the injury, but it’s a shame to see any prospect go down at an all star event while trying to better themselves.
Emerson was supposedly leaning towards Tennessee at Orange Carpet Day a couple of weeks back. He said that “it felt like home,” but wasn’t ready to make things official. The four star defensive end prospect comes out of Jackson, Tennessee.
We’ll let you know if anymore news comes available.
