Conor McGregor uses former Vol C.J. Watson’s jersey during Instagram fight with Draymond Green
A picture surfaced of McGregor wearing a #23 Golden State Warriors jersey — which of course is now Draymond Green’s. The only problem is that this was a throwback jersey to C.J. Watson’s time with the Warriors. There’s a story there about Watson and Floyd Mayweather. Draymond looks like he was just caught up in the crossfire here.

Tennessee loses coach to Baylor
Tennessee’s quality control coach Stephen Smith has been hired by Baylor. Smith worked with the defense during his time in Knoxville, but was originally from Texas. Smith will assume the role of Director of Player Development for Matt Rhule.
Shoop comments on the secondary
Tennessee defensive coordinator Bob Shoop opened up about his secondary any the progress that they’ve made throughout the spring and summer. Shoop talked up Nigel Warrior and called Justin Martin the most improved player.
McDaniel transfers to UAB
Former three star recruit Mykelle McDaniel has announced that he’s transferring to UAB. McDaniel was a member of the 2016 class. Tennessee is scheduled to take on the Blazers in 2019.
