Punter Paxton Brooks announced via Twitter that he has committed to Tennessee.

As of right now, that brings the total to 21 total 2018 commitments for Tennessee. The Vols had a need at punter with Trevor Daniel set to leave after this season. They appeared to have that need filled with Skyler DeLong earlier this year, but he flipped to Alabama.
Brooks is 6-5, 170 pounds out of South Carolina. He held offers from N.C. State and Wake Forest. Brooks actually ranks ahead of DeLong, according to Kohl’s Kicking Camp’s website.
Here’s some video from Kohl’s.
The Tennessee #Vols pick up a commitment from the #KohlsKicking No.2 ranked punter in America, Paxton Brooks.
