Football season may be about to begin, but recruiting season never stops. That’s evident here, as the Tennessee Volunteers have extended three more offers. With 21 current commitments in the 2018 class, Tennessee went to work on the 2019 group this week. Here’s a look at who the Vols are after.

DL George Karlaftis

Karlaftis — a four star defensive lineman from Indiana — has received an offer from Tennessee. The 6-5, 260 pounder is thought of as a strongside defensive end. Karlaftis should be one of the top players of the 2019 class, already piling up offers from Alabama, Notre Dame and a host of others.

CB Chris Steele

Steele is an interesting one. A former UCLA commit, Steele is being heavily recruited out west. He’s 6-1, so teams are likely after his length at cornerback. USC is thought to be the favorite to land Steele, but he holds 25+ offers now. He’s thought of as a top 50 player, according to 247 Sports.

SAF Jarrian Jones

Jones is considered a three star prospect in the 2019 class. Coming from Flowood, Mississippi, Tennessee will have to beat out both Ole Miss and Mississippi State to land him. He holds offers from both of those schools, along with Georgia, Michigan and Oklahoma. Tennessee hopes to hop into that mix now.
