“Just a family atmosphere,” Horn said when asked what put the Tennessee Volunteers over the top. “I just felt comfortable there. I had a great relationship with the coaching staff, not only my position coach. I just felt wanted by Tennessee and there was just a connection.”

“They (Tennessee) have a crazy fanbase,” Horn continued. “Even when I wear a Tennessee shirt out I hear some people telling me to go to Tennessee.”

Horn then was asked about the momentum that Tennessee has with their 2018 class. He mentioned that he had a “great relationship” with some of the prospects currently in that group.

2018 receiver commit Jatavious Harris was thought to play a big role in swaying Horn.

Near the end of the broadcast, Horn did confirm that he is still going to take all of his official visits still. “I’m not going to shut down completely — I’m still going to take my visits. I’m going to be at Tennessee though.” Those visits will likely include South Carolina and Alabama this fall.

Here’s a look a Horn’s junior year highlights.
