The Tennessee Volunteers held off the Massachusetts Minutemen in uninspiring fashion today at Neyland Stadium. Tennessee managed a whopping 17 points against UMass, letting the Minutemen hang around until the final drive.
Tennessee fans were less than impressed. This was a look at the stadium in the second half of a four point game.

The stands were nearly full at kickoff. A crowd of 95,000 was announced.
The Vols were 28 point favorites today, but only managed to win by four. This doesn’t exactly inspire confidence going forward, especially with the Georgia Bulldogs coming to town next week.
I’ve always said, an empty stadium is the loudest and clearest message that fans can send. For a fanbase to do this during a close game should tell you all you need to know about how they feel.
